Registration Details:
  • Parade will begin at the Glyn Neath Pavilion on the bike path located between Dawes Avenue and Wilmont Avenue along Atlantic Avenue in Somers Point.
  • You may Pre-register and pay before the day of the event (see below for that option). If you have pre-registered, please arrive at Glyn Neath Pavilion by 9:30am to pick up your number.
  • In-Person Registration the day of the event begins at 9 AM at the Glyn Neath Pavilion.
  • Registration is limited to 200 so please register early to hold your spot.
  • Pets do not have to be dressed up to participate.
  • Entrants will wear numbers and only those who have registered will be a part of the parade.
Cost:
  • Pre-registration Fee is $7 via an online payment or a check in the mail (Must be received by June 3).
  • Registration Fee on the day of the event is $10 cash
Categories of Judging - Trophies given to the winning pets.
  • Cutest or Best Overall Pet - small, medium, large        
  • Best Dressed -  small, medium, large            
  • Best Dressed Owner and Pet                          
  • Cutest Pet in a Conveyance (wagon, carrier, miniature car, etc.)  
  • Most Unusual Pet  (turtle, gecko, bird, etc.)          
  • Best Pet Representing a Commercial Business
Additional Details
  • Parade will be judged at the Launch Haven Pavilion and trophies awarded at the VFW on Bethel Road where the parade will end.
  • Water troughs will be available at the VFW along with several pet businesses and the Humane Society
  • Hot dogs and Beverages will be available for purchase from the VFW.
